Parallel to “Into The Groove” series, I decided to experiment with other kinds of groove, this time with so called “blast beats”. Famous from extreme subgenres of metal and punk music (or crust), here I avoid to use instrumentarium from those subgenres such as Electric guitar. Instead I chose to combine synthetic sounds of drum machines with acoustic instruments but also virtual piano (in utopian structures of “Into The Grind 2”).
The result is demanding but also funny activities for players, who are urged to follow uncompromising nature of machines…
